• Collaborate with finance and legal to facilitate smooth handling of paperwork and ensure all requirements are met.
• Foster strong customer relationships, turning satisfied clients into advocates, participating in case studies, testimonials and referrals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for renewal paperwork.
