About the role
- Handling errands across Cyprus, including visiting authorities, submitting and collecting documents, post office tasks, and procuring items as needed.
- Coordinating with service providers and organizing maintenance for the founder’s personal properties.
- Managing payments for utility bills and other regular expenses related to the founder’s personal real estate.
- Assisting with scheduling, planning meetings, and managing daily tasks.
- Organizing appointments and preparing documents or information as needed.
- Supporting with organizing events, both personal and professional.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the manager’s needs.
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
