• Driving strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the team to ensure decisions are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation review.

• Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning processes by helping departments define priorities, set measurable objectives (OKRs/KPIs), and build actionable execution plans.
• Design and run effective operational rhythms, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and decision-making forums — ensuring discussions are structured, outcomes are documented, and actions are tracked to completion.
• Develop and maintain scalable project management frameworks, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
• Monitor initiative performance against defined success metrics, providing insights and recommendations for course corrections.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by sharing project management best practices and coaching stakeholders.
• Champion collaboration and clarity, ensuring stakeholders stay informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

• Handling errands across Cyprus, including visiting authorities, submitting and collecting documents, post office tasks, and procuring items as needed.
• Coordinating with service providers and organizing maintenance for the founder’s personal properties.
• Managing payments for utility bills and other regular expenses related to the founder’s personal real estate.
• Assisting with scheduling, planning meetings, and managing daily tasks.
• Organizing appointments and preparing documents or information as needed.
• Supporting with organizing events, both personal and professional.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.

• Architect the human capital strategy and build a world-class People function for cyber•Fund.
• Report to the Chief Operating Manager and own people strategy across a global distributed team.
• Shape employee experience, develop team, and strengthen organizational health.
• Design and implement talent management, career development programs, compensation and feedback systems.
• Hire, manage change, enhance workplace effectiveness, and lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Lead, grow and develop the People team (currently Recruitment and HR Operations; 4 team members).
• Act as strategic HR Business Partner on organizational design, team planning, and business growth.
• Own and scale global recruitment processes and maintain people policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Participate in long-term organizational strategy, bringing people insights to planning and decision-making.
