About the role

  • Architect the human capital strategy and build a world-class People function for cyber
  • Fund.
  • Report to the Chief Operating Manager and own people strategy across a global distributed team.
  • Shape employee experience, develop team, and strengthen organizational health.
  • Design and implement talent management, career development programs, compensation and feedback systems.
  • Hire, manage change, enhance workplace effectiveness, and lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Lead, grow and develop the People team (currently Recruitment and HR Operations; 4 team members).
  • Act as strategic HR Business Partner on organizational design, team planning, and business growth.
  • Own and scale global recruitment processes and maintain people policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Participate in long-term organizational strategy, bringing people insights to planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a background in Recruitment or Training & Development.
  • 3+ years in a Head of HR or HR Director role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing systems within lean teams, with high levels of autonomy and ownership.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution; comfortable setting roadmaps and diving into details.
  • High integrity and low ego, with a genuine passion for enhancing the employee experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills, ability to create clear asynchronous documentation and provide effective guidance to contributors.
