Collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively address issues to keep project on track
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to meet established standards
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met
Quickly address issues or obstacles that may impact project progress and implement solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects
Requirements
7+ years of experience in HR, operations, project management, or a related field
3+ years of project management/program experience
Certification in Project Management (PMP)
Ability to travel up to 10-15% (including plane)
Ability to adapt to change project requirements, unforeseen challenges and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (preferred)
Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (preferred)
Certification in Human Resources (HRCI/SHRM) (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
