About the role
- Lead end-to-end project management for talent management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables
- Collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively address issues to keep project on track
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to meet established standards
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met
- Quickly address issues or obstacles that may impact project progress and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR, operations, project management, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management/program experience
- Certification in Project Management (PMP)
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% (including plane)
- Ability to adapt to change project requirements, unforeseen challenges and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (preferred)
- Certification in Human Resources (HRCI/SHRM) (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
