About the role
- · Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives · Define project scope, goals, and deliverables · Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation · Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met · Monitor project progress, risks, and issues—escalate when needed · Serve as the main point of contact for clients or stakeholders · Ensure all documentation is maintained and shared appropriately · Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and post-project reviews
Requirements
- · 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in tech, operations, or marketing projects) · Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to work independently and manage remote teams · Strong problem-solving and organizational skills · PMP or similar certification is a plus
