About the role
- Strategic Support of Management Process: Assist the Chief of Staff and HRBP leadership in developing, implementing and monitoring progress of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the HR Business Partner team, HR Centers of Excellence and business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on HR initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Maintain regular HCD HR reporting. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Operational Support for Other HCD HRBP Teams: Support the HR Business Partner team in day-to-day operations. Support data gathering, structure modeling, and change planning for org design and structure optimization initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to promote HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to support successful execution of HR strategic priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR, operations, project management, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management/program experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% (including plane)
