About the role

- Projects contributing to business success, mentorship, networking, community service projects, and soft-skill leadership development
- Hybrid work model with office locations in Hartford, CT; Northbrook, IL; and Cumberland, RI; and relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles
- 100% of participants offered internal roles upon graduation; program alumni support and advanced employment opportunities
Requirements
- Meet educational requirements (anticipated completion of bachelor\u2019s degree by start date or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to relocate for one-year rotations
- 0-1.5 years of related professional experience preferred (finance/accounting internship or business experience)
- Technical skills with reporting, database and visualization (Excel, VBA, Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL)
- Transferable leadership experience (student/social organizations, sports, school projects, or work)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems or tasks
- Interest in building a long-term career in Finance at CVS Health
