About the role
- Run experiments across the funnel to improve conversion rate and increase revenue
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
- Monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement in product and marketing
- Identify, develop and pilot growth opportunities
- Work cross-department and partner directly with product and marketing teams
- Work effectively with a distributed, high-performance team and troubleshoot ongoing issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of e-commerce and/or performance marketing experience
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
- Mastery of analytics, CRO and customer engagement tools
- Imagination, determination, and team spirit
