Shape architectural vision and implement platform solutions for modern collaboration services across Microsoft 365, Zoom, SharePoint, Adobe, and Box.
Resolve end-user issues across Collaboration Services products and provide operational support (license assignments, inactive accounts, system access).
Manage and optimize platforms such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Zoom (Rooms, Phone, Events), Adobe, and Box.
Lead platform modernization initiatives and integrations to deliver a seamless, scalable digital workplace experience.
Implement monitoring systems and automated alerting to proactively manage system health with enterprise monitoring teams.
Blend systems architecture, DevOps, platform administration, and business alignment to continuously evolve the digital workplace ecosystem.
Requirements
Ability to operate at both a strategic architectural level and a hands-on technical level.
Willingness to support end-user computing issues and legacy platform transitions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on collaboration platforms and infrastructure.
Experience with Visual Studio, Microsoft Office 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Zoom Workplace, and Unified Communications platforms.
Knowledge of VoIP and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API).
