About the role
- Complete preventative maintenance and independently diagnose and complete complex repairs to Electrolyser products at customer sites
- Establish and continually develop productive customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
- Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete complex repairs with no supervision
- Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisor and act as liaison during escalations with TTMs and Engineering teams
- Perform and document failure analysis processes (PIR, CCR, HTD, TSR) and participate in product/system investigations
- Accurately record diagnostic and repair actions in designated databases and complete required documentation
- Share knowledge across teams via Knowledge Management System, QSOL tickets, and training sessions
- Identify additional sales and service opportunities and opportunities for work process improvements
- Support field campaigns, VPI programs and infant care initiatives as required
- Maintain service vehicle and tools and ensure compliance with industry regulatory and Health Safety & Environmental requirements
Requirements
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, or related field is highly preferred or relevant experience equivalent required
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
- Basic to intermediate level of relevant work experience required
- Prior experience in a technical role with electrical instrumentation and PLC's is a strong asset for this role
- Ability to complete preventative maintenance and independently diagnose and complete complex repairs to Electrolyser products at customer sites
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly and fly to client sites in the Americas
- Monday to Friday availability
- Ability to complete required documentation (service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents)
- Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
- Ensure adherence to Health Safety & Environmental policies and report incidents
- Successful candidate will be subject to Pre-Employment Background Screening (Criminal Background Check)
