About the role

  • Complete preventative maintenance and independently diagnose and complete complex repairs to Electrolyser products at customer sites
  • Establish and continually develop productive customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
  • Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete complex repairs with no supervision
  • Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisor and act as liaison during escalations with TTMs and Engineering teams
  • Perform and document failure analysis processes (PIR, CCR, HTD, TSR) and participate in product/system investigations
  • Accurately record diagnostic and repair actions in designated databases and complete required documentation
  • Share knowledge across teams via Knowledge Management System, QSOL tickets, and training sessions
  • Identify additional sales and service opportunities and opportunities for work process improvements
  • Support field campaigns, VPI programs and infant care initiatives as required
  • Maintain service vehicle and tools and ensure compliance with industry regulatory and Health Safety & Environmental requirements

Requirements

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, or related field is highly preferred or relevant experience equivalent required
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
  • Basic to intermediate level of relevant work experience required
  • Prior experience in a technical role with electrical instrumentation and PLC's is a strong asset for this role
  • Ability to complete preventative maintenance and independently diagnose and complete complex repairs to Electrolyser products at customer sites
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly and fly to client sites in the Americas
  • Monday to Friday availability
  • Ability to complete required documentation (service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents)
  • Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
  • Ensure adherence to Health Safety & Environmental policies and report incidents
  • Successful candidate will be subject to Pre-Employment Background Screening (Criminal Background Check)
