About the role

  • Tailor communication across organization to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Headcount reporting and monthly site updates including HR operations, site metrics, EEO and AAP, performance dashboards.
  • Manage HR employee data and lifecycle actions.
  • Support global and site onboarding (backup).
  • Maintain reward and recognition dashboard and assist relocation processing.
  • Support HR audits (IATF, OFCCP, DOD, EEO and AAP) and recruitment-related audits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives (EEEC) and manage HR procurement, vendor management, communications, workers comp/unemployment.

Requirements

  • Onsite role at Fletcher location.
  • Analytical Thinking and Data Interpretation: Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Conflict Resolution and Investigative Skills: Manage sensitive employment matters and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Performance and Talent Development Focus: Support performance management and employee development planning.
  • Recruitment and Workforce Planning Expertise: Staffing, recruiting, and workforce data analysis skills.
  • Compensation and Benefits Knowledge: Understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration.
  • Policy and Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with HR policies and employment laws.
  • Training Coordination and Project Management: Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • HR Systems and Documentation Accuracy: Maintain accurate workforce data and create compliant employment contracts.
  • Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Minimal relevant work experience required.
