About the role
- Lead all levels of proposal and related pursuit activity
- Participate in annual business planning and recurring regional pipeline meetings
- Develop capture plans for major pursuits and help maintain a strong capture rate (>40%)
- Conduct client research as needed
- Manage the proposal process for all levels of submittals, lead proposal kick-off and update meetings
- Develop and edit proposal sections, manage quality, and ensure proposals adhere to requirements
- Prepare customized collateral and SOQs throughout the sales process
- Prepare client presentations including slide decks, rehearsal/coaching, and graphics/leave-behinds
- Collect and file up-to-date information in systems and databases for use by marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- AEC (Architecture, Engineering, & Construction) experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Utilize effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable working with multiple tight deadlines
