About the role
- Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on Cubic equipment
- Respond quickly to repair equipment and follow maintenance procedures
- Minimise downtime during fault callouts
- Assist with equipment installations and handle module delivery and collections
- Assist with Management lead project work and deputise for the Field Service Team Leader when appropriate
- Carry out vehicle stock checks and maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation
- Comply with Health and Safety and quality standards
- Embrace training and continuous improvement and participate in full technical training and mentoring programme
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a technical service/maintenance environment
- Engineering qualification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving license
- HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
- Experience with SLA-driven contracts (desirable)
- Willingness to work permanent night 4x4 shifts
- FORs accreditation (maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation)
