About the role
- Manage outbound bank guarantees and Parent Company Guarantees, including complex contractual setups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive bond release processes in close collaboration with Commercial Project Management
- Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Finance, advising business units and interfacing with cross-functional teams
- Support digitalization initiatives in Trade Finance and handle related administrative responsibilities
- Take ownership of specialized Trade Finance topics with high complexity and visibility as part of a small, agile Treasury team
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in international Trade Finance, ideally in large corporates or banking environments
- Proven expertise in guarantee management, including complex international structures
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Comfortable working in an international setup
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Academic degree is not essential – we value specialized practical experience
