About the role
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines
- Create and maintain project documentation (project charters, work breakdown structures, status reports)
- Gather and analyze project requirements
- Track project progress against established timelines and milestones
- Monitor project risks and issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare project status updates and presentations for key stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between project team members and management
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Collect and analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues
- Generate reports to track project performance against key metrics
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to project management, business administration, engineering, or a relevant field
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Excel, Asana, or similar software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic data analysis skills to interpret project data and identify trends
