About the role

  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines
  • Create and maintain project documentation (project charters, work breakdown structures, status reports)
  • Gather and analyze project requirements
  • Track project progress against established timelines and milestones
  • Monitor project risks and issues
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare project status updates and presentations for key stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and management
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Collect and analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues
  • Generate reports to track project performance against key metrics

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to project management, business administration, engineering, or a relevant field
  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Excel, Asana, or similar software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic data analysis skills to interpret project data and identify trends
