Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company needs
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, defining selection stages and supporting the identification of essential and complementary competencies
Advertise vacancies in the ATS, LinkedIn, and social media; pursue alternative sourcing channels, screen resumes, perform initial contact, and conduct active sourcing
Conduct competency-based interviews, manage the candidate pipeline, and hold alignment meetings with hiring managers to support decision-making
Prepare technical reports to support final hiring decisions, ensuring quality deliveries within SLA
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the HR team, hiring managers, and clients
Proactively seek improvements in recruitment processes and monitor KPIs to optimize results
Ensure preservation of organizational culture by safeguarding the company environment and values and developing employer branding strategies
Plan and execute HR projects, creating policies and programs for recruitment, selection, retention, and quality of life, interfacing with clients and senior leadership
Implement initiatives focused on organizational climate and engagement, promoting a healthy and productive work environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
Residence in São Paulo
Proficiency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, CoPilot, ChatGPT)
Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection, managing multiple simultaneous recruitment processes with solid knowledge of recruitment and payroll routines and cross-functional people management topics
Experience working closely with HR subsystems such as compensation, benefits, internal communication, endomarketing (internal marketing), and training & development
Experience with NPS, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, preparing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and building career paths with a consultative Business Partner approach
Experience creating and implementing end-to-end programs and projects for Young Apprentice, Quality of Life, and Diversity & Inclusion
