About the role
- Support HR administrative activities such as maintaining spreadsheets, conducting market salary research, and preparing job descriptions.
- Assist in compiling data and analyzing HR metrics.
- Keep consultancy support materials up to date: results presentations, timelines, and action calendars.
- Update training and development materials using Canva or PowerPoint.
- Prepare reports and serve as the consultancy's operational focal point in executing action plans with clients.
- Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with HR tools and management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, AI tools, and Canva
- Flexibility to adapt to varying demands
- Must have a laptop or personal computer
