Act as the primary technical reference on Compensation within the Company‑Owned Retail and B2B squad;
Structure the compensation product, governance, and strategy; keep practices and policies up to date and ensure their consistent application;
Analyze personnel movement requests in partnership with Business Partners, ensuring alignment with compensation policies, internal equity, and market practices;
Design the job architecture and perform job weighting using the Korn Ferry methodology;
Ensure salary ranges, pay tables, and compensation models are updated according to market studies to maintain competitiveness and alignment with company strategy;
Support the execution of variable compensation for sales and ICP (Incentive Compensation Plans), proposing models, suggesting improvements, implementing, monitoring, and managing monthly/annual closures;
Be a reference for market trends and best practices for commercial careers, assessing the need for internal adaptations of best practices;
Lead projects/studies on recognition and succession approaches;
Work in a squad model with peers, planning and driving projects that involve compensation topics;
Identify and propose improvements to area processes and systematize them to make activities faster and more accurate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in areas related to the role; specialization or postgraduate studies desirable;
Solid experience in compensation;
Essential experience with fixed and variable compensation for commercial teams, including sales variable compensation and ICP (Incentive Compensation Plans);
