Scheduling support Coordinate interviews (screens/panels), confirmations/reschedules, and conferencing logistics as needed.

Requirements
3–5+ years in HR/Recruiting Operations with hands-on ATS admin (Workable strongly preferred)
Strong spreadsheets and documentation skills; comfort with data hygiene and auditability while being very detail oriented
Vendor billing and cost allocation experience (Indeed, Upwork, assessments)
Excellent written English; proactive async communication across multiple brands/entities
Nice to have: HRIS/PEO coordination (e.g., Prestige/Deel), e-signature/offer workflows, and BI/reporting tools (Excel pivots a must; Power BI/Looker a plus)
