• You will support our "Network Modernization" project

Commercial Customer Support Representative

Procurement

• Overall strategic and operational leadership of CTDI Europe's global procurement and sourcing activities (Asset Recovery Services) for product groups including telecommunications infrastructure, CPE (set-top boxes, modems, routers), IP networking technology and storage
• Responsibility for global inbound asset flows, including procurement strategies, supplier development and long-term supplier relationships
• Line and functional leadership of the Supply team and close collaboration with Sales to support strategic key customer relationships
• P&L responsibility for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting and monitoring financial performance

• Active role in business development, identifying new sourcing channels, markets and circular economy opportunities
• Represent CTDI at trade shows, events and with strategic partners at European and global levels

Operations

• Act as the interface between operational units, internal specialist departments at the site, and the client
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery, and monitor specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Review customer requirements, develop and present solution proposals, and prepare corresponding quotes

• Provide technical and maintenance support on consumer electronics testing equipment
• Ensure the testing equipment is properly maintained, updated, and calibrated according to the corresponding procedures
• Troubleshoot testing equipment hardware and fix failures in a timely manner
• Participate in quality studies, root cause analysis if repetitive failure of products occurs during production
• Test new procedures and applications and provide detailed technical feedback
• Document, record and archive measurement data pertaining to product parameters and process control performance
