About the role

  • Proactive advising and support of managers in all operational and strategic HR areas within your area of responsibility
  • Conducting personnel and development discussions and implementing appropriate HR measures
  • Managing recruitment processes in your area of responsibility and in coordination with other sites
  • Close cooperation with HR management to help achieve company goals
  • Developing solutions together with managers and advising/supporting organizational change processes
  • Taking on local and operational HR projects in various subject areas
  • Close and constructive collaboration with local employee representative bodies (works council)

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on Human Resources or a commercial apprenticeship with further training as an HR specialist
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR specialist
  • Initial project experience is desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and co-determination/works council procedures
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
  • Solution-oriented working style, loyalty and discretion
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good German skills and good English skills (B1 level)
