About the role
- Proactive advising and support of managers in all operational and strategic HR areas within your area of responsibility
- Conducting personnel and development discussions and implementing appropriate HR measures
- Managing recruitment processes in your area of responsibility and in coordination with other sites
- Close cooperation with HR management to help achieve company goals
- Developing solutions together with managers and advising/supporting organizational change processes
- Taking on local and operational HR projects in various subject areas
- Close and constructive collaboration with local employee representative bodies (works council)
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources or a commercial apprenticeship with further training as an HR specialist
- Several years of professional experience as an HR specialist
- Initial project experience is desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and co-determination/works council procedures
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Solution-oriented working style, loyalty and discretion
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Very good German skills and good English skills (B1 level)
