About the role

  • You will support our "Network Modernization" project
  • You review existing lease agreements with regard to the feasibility of the planned construction measures and coordinate with planners
  • You communicate with property and condominium owners and obtain consents and documents related to the expansion of mobile network sites
  • You act as the point of contact for acquisition agents (real estate agents) during lease negotiations for the sites under your responsibility
  • You resolve access issues with various contacts and stakeholders
  • Documenting and maintaining the client's relevant IT systems is also part of your responsibilities

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in real estate management/administration
  • Good knowledge of real estate law/tenancy law/construction law
  • Experience in residential/property management
  • Experience in (rental) contract drafting and related contractual topics
  • Technical understanding/aptitude
  • Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
  • Team player with strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and motivation
  • Good MS Office skills
