Collections

• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations.
• Review and resolve outstanding payment issues in a timely manner
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders, contacting insurance companies, and contacting clients to resolve outstanding issues
• Prepare and submit clean claims to Medicare or other insurance companies, as needed
• Follow and report status of delinquent accounts

Insurance Collections Specialist

Account Manager

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in designated sales territory/region
• Collaborates with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and Company goals
• Formulates a quarterly business plan in order to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals
• Actively prospects referrals from present and prospective customers
• Develops territory routing plan and updates regularly to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business/customers
• Educates referral sources on all CSI services relating to customer needs and benefits and can effectively communicate the CSI differentiators

Specialty Account Manager

Procurement

• Understands purchasing-related processes and general pharmacy warehouse responsibilities.
• Works closely with purchasing associates at sites for procurement/inventory processes and issues.
• Assists with DSCSA compliance and reporting.
• Orders medications and supplies using internal software and vendor platforms.
• Ensures infusion equipment meets regulatory standards.
• Maintains inventory and procurement tracking using Monday.com or similar.
• Conducts audits, prepares purchase orders, and handles accounts payable documentation.
• Supports 340B program coordination and pricing/contract compliance.
• Acts as backup to Director of Procurement for vendor communication, order processing, and PO tracking.

Full-stack Engineer

• CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to the development of Fingerprint—a critical system supporting pharmacy operations.
• This role involves full-stack development using .NET technologies on the backend and Next.js/React for the frontend.
• Deliver scalable, efficient, and secure solutions; strong healthcare software development background preferred.
• Responsibilities include translating requirements, unit/integration testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; mentorship to junior devs as needed.
• Travel: occasional travel for team events/get-togethers.
