Cultivate strong relationships with new clients within the healthcare industry and expand our presence within existing client organizations
Pre-qualify customers based on the company’s business model and current strategic initiatives
Drive pipeline growth by following up on marketing campaigns and leads
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between customers and Client Business Executives and Sales Directors
Assist in building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
Use phone and email outreach to meet key metrics for setting qualified first sales interactions and follow-up calls that lead to proposals and pipeline development
Work closely with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging to customers
Help gather voice-of-the-customer insights to support the evolution of our product and solution offerings
Assist in drafting sales prospecting plans, pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other supporting documents
Facilitate a feedback loop with the Marketing team to incorporate customer and industry insights into campaigns
Support the nurturing and qualification of marketing-qualified leads
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience
1+ years of proven success in cold calling and outbound prospecting toward healthcare
Experience with strategic outreach to the healthcare industry
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Hands-on experience with Salesloft and lead generation platforms
Skilled in crafting targeted email messaging templates for prospect outreach
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
