About the role

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients within the healthcare industry and expand our presence within existing client organizations
  • Pre-qualify customers based on the company’s business model and current strategic initiatives
  • Drive pipeline growth by following up on marketing campaigns and leads
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between customers and Client Business Executives and Sales Directors
  • Assist in building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
  • Use phone and email outreach to meet key metrics for setting qualified first sales interactions and follow-up calls that lead to proposals and pipeline development
  • Work closely with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging to customers
  • Help gather voice-of-the-customer insights to support the evolution of our product and solution offerings
  • Assist in drafting sales prospecting plans, pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other supporting documents
  • Facilitate a feedback loop with the Marketing team to incorporate customer and industry insights into campaigns
  • Support the nurturing and qualification of marketing-qualified leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of proven success in cold calling and outbound prospecting toward healthcare
  • Experience with strategic outreach to the healthcare industry
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Hands-on experience with Salesloft and lead generation platforms
  • Skilled in crafting targeted email messaging templates for prospect outreach
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
