Support digital marketing operations across WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, and internal tools.
Upload and format content in WordPress, maintain branding and layout consistency, and optimize posts for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, tags, image alt text, internal linking).
Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain a steady publishing schedule.
Draft and send client notifications via internal platforms and coordinate timing with relevant departments.
Write and proofread marketing emails; set up, segment, schedule emails in HubSpot and launch automated workflows; monitor performance metrics and compile reports.
Set up landing pages and registration forms via Zoom; coordinate invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and report on attendee engagement.
Create and maintain internal documentation for campaigns, processes, and best practices; organize files and guides.
Own the monthly newsletter to be launched and sent from marketing to all of Crystal Intelligence.
Requirements
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing operations role.
Proficient in WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, Jira, SharePoint.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Strong writing and editing skills for professional communications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under minimal supervision.
Capable of communicating with all levels across the organization.
Experience with B2B marketing or SaaS products is a plus.
