ESG and Impact: Ensure milestones are met for the ESG strategy; oversee sustainability and social impact projects; manage applications for ESG awards/certifications (EcoVadis, CDP); track ESG performance metrics and impact reporting.
Change Management and Leadership Support: Support leadership in navigating organisational change; support crisis communication plans and PR; partner on culture transformation and well-being initiatives.
Website and Digital Content: Oversee company website with external agency; facilitate content creation; showcase employee value proposition on digital channels; enhance website functionality, accessibility, UX; develop and maintain content for blogs, news, employee resources; track website analytics.
Employer Branding and Talent Engagement: Strengthen employer brand; collaborate to enhance employee experience; manage LinkedIn and digital channels; collaborate on inclusive communications and events; partner with staff taskforces; develop internal awareness campaigns.
Requirements
A proven track record in the areas of strategic or corporate communications and employee engagement, ideally within a professional services consultancy or SME setting.
Passion for purpose driven, and values-based environments, with awareness and interest in ESG; some direct experience in this area would be welcome but not essential.
Strong sense of tone, voice and audience understanding.
Excellent writing, storytelling and visual communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership and drive cultural change.
A proactive and collaborative mindset with exceptional organisational and project management skills, able to turn ideas in action.
Strong data management and reporting skills, with experience overseeing website updates and analytics.
Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritise in a fast paced, hands-on environment.
Experience of using digital tools [e.g. WordPress, PowerPoint, Teams, HubSpot, AI, Google Analytics, etc.]
