About the role
- Build and operate CrowdStrike's internal cloud management platform
- Develop tools to deploy, observe, and maintain a highly available cloud platform at massive scale
- Design and implement APIs and UIs using Go and TypeScript
- Build gRPC and RESTful services and modern single-page applications
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- Operate in Linux environments and contribute to platform reliability and observability
- Collaborate with a small, remote-first team of full stack engineers
- Help grow and scale the global Infrastructure Engineering Dev team
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Golang
- Strong experience in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building gRPC and RESTful APIs
- Experience building modern SPAs
- Experience operating in Linux environments
- Experience operating within the cloud, preferably AWS
- Experience with CI/CD concepts
- Python software development (bonus)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, and deployment concepts (bonus)
- Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
- Solid communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, such as CS, CIS or Engineering
- Periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements
