About the role

Lead, coach and mentor a team of 6+ Enterprise Sales Development Reps in Barcelona
Build and scale top-of-funnel pipelines across key enterprise segments and drive outbound strategy
Coach reps on prospecting into whitespace Enterprises and increasing cross-sell into existing Enterprise customers
Coach and develop reps on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals opportunities
Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit and marketing campaigns are executed to drive results
Partner closely with Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to execute territory plans and run high-impact campaigns
Continuously refine prospecting approach to meet needs of a rapidly expanding customer base
People development, operational excellence, and deliver results

Experience as a SDR Leader or sales manager; a highly successful manager of a frontline sales/SDR team
Experience driving business results for a hi-tech company preferred
Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau
Proven ability to hire, develop and promote top sales talent
Understands the cybersecurity landscape preferred
Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
Project Management experience and the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, build a plan to capitalise on it and execute
A true people person who consistently delivers results no matter the challenges
An engaging communication style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop your team
Fluency in English and German, written and spoken
Bonus points: Cyber Security industry experience
Bonus points: Advanced experience using Salesforce CRM to monitor lead flow, SDR activity metrics, pipeline coverage, and forecasted impact
