About the role
- Assist CS Operations team in report creation and analysis
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness
- Develop communications and digital content to engage customers

Requirements
- This program falls under Brazil’s Apprentice Law 10.097/00, which requires candidates to be under 24 years old
- An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your apprenticeship field
- Strong customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
- Ability to communicate effectively and frequently, and work well with fellow apprentices and employees
- Bonus: Experience with a data analytics or business intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau or Snowflake)
