About the role
- Advance responsible data and AI practices across the enterprise
- Organize the Enterprise AI Safety Board and coordinate the AI steward network
- Partner with legal on regulatory compliance
- Oversee AI initiatives including platform adoption, workflow transformation, and training programs
- Manage rollouts, communication, and training
- Develop internal AI community programs and support an internal AI website
- Coordinate AI champions across functions to maximize support and knowledge sharing
- Report to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, IT, Marketing, and more
Requirements
- 8+ years working in technical program management
- Working knowledge of machine learning
- Experience building models and explaining ML fundamentals
- Expertise in AI safety and governance
- Knowledge of GDPR, DMA/DMA, California AI Transparency Act, the US AI executive orders, the NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in early-stage product environments—entrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-oriented
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align with stakeholders
