About the role

  • Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and outbound sourcing to closing high-value deals.
  • Aggressively target fintech platforms including remittance providers, neobanks, PSPs, B2B/B2C financial institutions.
  • Negotiate and close strategic five- to seven-figure deals with enterprises and high-growth startups.
  • Be a thought leader and partner to clients, helping them design and scale use cases that can reach millions of users.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with top clients and ecosystem partners.
  • Develop deep technical expertise in Crossmint's product suite and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Feed client insights back into GTM strategy, refining positioning, messaging, and execution to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, BD, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of closing strategic 6-7 figure enterprise deals.
  • Experience at B2B enterprise startups and scaling revenue teams.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and industry connections.
  • Expertise in stablecoins and their applications.
  • Technical fluency and ability to confidently sell to developer audiences.
  • Autonomous self-starter mindset; thrives without layers of support.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to scale outbound and re-engage leads.
  • Trusted cross-functional partner, sharing insights with product, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable diving into technical product details.
