• Serve as a liaison between the organization’s internal and external clients
• Oversee the loan process from start to finish
• Communicate with borrowers to assist client(s) in understanding loan programs, costs, and various applicable loan documents
• Review and audit income, assets, run DU, and verify credit documentation within mortgage file to ensure loan stability
• Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver to borrower, includes but not limited to rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages
• Assist in managing a pipeline consisting of Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, along with 203k, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage products
• Ensure structure of the loan presents the best program based on the borrower’s financial circumstances
• Review the file for any missing documentation that best supports approval
• Pre-underwrite items to help support approval of the loan
• Input feed for disclosures, present, and set up loan to best fit borrower’s needs

• Assist in managing a pipeline consisting of various loans
• Ensure structure of the loan presents the best program based on borrower’s circumstances
• Review the file for any missing documentation
• Communicate loan program and costs with borrowers
• Pre-underwrite items to help support approval of the loan
• Input feed for disclosures, present, and set up loan to fit borrower’s needs

Sales Manager

• Lead the branch Loan Processing Team Leads and Loan Processors.
• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the processing team.
• Work with all processors to improve the quality of the loan file being submitted to underwriting and closing.
• Maintain a pipeline of loans.
• Identify loan level defects and common post-closing conditions.
• Coach processing team members.
• Communicate with all employees; provide support and answer questions.
• Act as the first point of contact for processing related branch issues.
• Learn interdepartmental functions and responsibility.
• Run, analyze, and manage prebuilt processing reports.
• Participate in new branch onboarding to review files flow and expectations.
• Work closely with departments to identify areas of strengths and weakness.
• Conduct weekly processing staff meetings.

Loan Processor Manager

General

• Providing quality customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite the loan
• Ordering third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer and/or Loan Officer
• Assembling the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting
• Verifying all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file
• Completing the required loan checklist
• Verifying that an application is complete and accurate
• Preparing a loan approval summary and ensuring the accuracy of all information
• Communicating directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and Underwriter
• Reviewing loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations
• Managing pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times
• Documenting all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log
