About the role
- Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort with remote collaboration and digital tools.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required!
