Designing, delivering, and optimizing training initiatives that support the Commercial organization
Developing product, disease state, competitive landscape, and skills training for field employees across Sales, Market Access, and Endocrinology Clinical Educators
Planning, implementing and facilitating New Hire Training (NHT)
Supporting launch readiness and managing the sales enablement platform
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Learning & Development (L&D), Human Resources (HR), and other stakeholders
Tracking and reporting training outcomes and metrics; recommending enhancements based on feedback and performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field
12 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, or training within healthcare/pharmaceuticals
Strong clinical acumen, particularly in rare disease therapeutic areas
Proven success in aligning training with strategic business goals
Experience in instructional design, facilitation, and program delivery
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Familiarity with MLR systems such as Veeva PromoMats
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
