About the role

  • Designing, delivering, and optimizing training initiatives that support the Commercial organization
  • Developing product, disease state, competitive landscape, and skills training for field employees across Sales, Market Access, and Endocrinology Clinical Educators
  • Planning, implementing and facilitating New Hire Training (NHT)
  • Supporting launch readiness and managing the sales enablement platform
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Learning & Development (L&D), Human Resources (HR), and other stakeholders
  • Tracking and reporting training outcomes and metrics; recommending enhancements based on feedback and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field
  • 12 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, or training within healthcare/pharmaceuticals
  • Strong clinical acumen, particularly in rare disease therapeutic areas
  • Proven success in aligning training with strategic business goals
  • Experience in instructional design, facilitation, and program delivery
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with MLR systems such as Veeva PromoMats
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
