About the role
- Represent Diageo to ensure consumer access to brands such as Guinness, Harp, Smithwick’s, Smirnoff, Baileys, Roe & Co
- Drive sales and ensure Diageo product availability across assigned stores in the geographical region
- Implement sales strategy, relationship building, and targeted activations
- Adhere to journey plans given by line manager
- Ensure merchandising guidelines and Planogram compliance; maximise promotional space and negotiate with Store Manager
- Record sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide timely feedback
- Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product
- Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place
- Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
- Liaise with store manager prior to leaving to ensure satisfaction with work completed
- Build strong relationships with store staff and partners
- Maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
- Consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
- Operate effectively and efficiently to complete all tasks
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Requirements
- Familiar with technology
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Good Organisational Skills
- Full clean drivers licence necessary
- Digital fluency (mentioned in role summary)
