Ensure on time delivery of stores, surveys and projects
Optimize routes and assign projects to Data Collectors for optimal delivery
Manage cost of uncovered stores and work with Region Operation Manager on solutions
Utilize reports to manage project quality issues
Manage Team Leaders to conduct training and coaching; ensure all Team Leads and Data Collectors are trained before execution
Monitor scan rate reports monthly and drive scan rate improvements
Conduct one-on-one validations of Team Leaders to ensure quality
Manage training time (new hire and refresher) and client validations
Communicate with all field staff within territory and contact/visit every Data Collector for new projects
Work with ROM and/or HR on DCA counseling and deliver disciplinary actions in a timely manner
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience (preferred) demonstrating leadership in remote team management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Field Intelligence Collections or retail merchandising experience, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies
Strong sense of urgency to meet demanding delivery timelines
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car for extended periods of time
Must be available for overnight travel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills including Word and Excel and other workplace communication tools
Flexibility beyond a standard Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule (evenings and weekends may be required)
