About the role
- Research prospects, spark conversations, and qualify leads for the sales team
- Prospect and engage leads via calls, email, and social outreach
- Pitch solutions, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team
- Manage pipeline, hit weekly outreach goals, and keep CRM up to date
- Share feedback with marketing to improve campaigns
- Collaborate with Clients, AirOps, and Sales teams in a startup environment
Requirements
- 1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Remote work ready; startup experience a plus
- Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (applicants must confirm availability)

- Experience with cold calling and Salesforce (applicants asked to indicate years)
