About the role

  • Report directly to the Store Manager and support all aspects of store operations
  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day store operations and team performance
  • Provide on-floor coaching and guidance to Cozey Ambassadors to ensure excellent customer experience and drive sales objectives
  • Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team check-ins
  • Ensure team members complete product knowledge training prior to product launches
  • Engage customers, provide product recommendations, assist with orders, and process transactions
  • Support Shopify and POS operations and ensure smooth checkout experiences
  • Help track and communicate sales KPIs and support clienteling (gathering customer data, emails, generating 5-star reviews)
  • Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment and assist with merchandising flips
  • Manage order holds and follow-ups on draft orders and coordinate backstock returns to the warehouse

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to coach, motivate, and work collaboratively with a team
  • Adaptable, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of the role (standing, walking, light lifting)
  • Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS is an asset
