• Feed insights from the field back into product, pricing, and packaging conversations
• Represent Conveo externally
• Show up for the team's biggest deals when senior sponsorship is needed
• Represent Conveo at events, customer meetings, and executive conversations around the world

Account Manager

• Build the partnerships function from the ground up — strategy, partner types, deal structures, and go-to-market motions
• Actively source and close partnership deals across panels, agencies, consultancies, SI firms, and product integrations
• Structure the economics — referral fees, reseller models, co-selling motions, and revenue shares
• Train partner teams on Conveo so they can sell and deliver effectively
• Work with our sales team to embed partners into enterprise deals
• Drive product integration partnerships that extend Conveo's reach
• Build a partner program that scales — onboarding, enablement, quality standards, and joint marketing

Head of Partnerships

Account Executive

• Own a defined ICP and territory plan, executing multi-threaded outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads with crisp discovery and problem framing
• Build and maintain 4–5× pipeline coverage to hit and exceed quota
• Lead consultative discovery and run tailored demos tied to customer workflows and KPIs
