Requirements

What you’ll need

1 to 3 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, LEK, OC&C, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman) with evidence of owning a workstream end to end.
Sharp analytical chops.
Crisp written communication.
Proven ability to own something end to end, from scope to ship, without hand-holding.
Evidence of cross-functional collaboration.
AI-native.
Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK, with regular travel to HQ.
