Assist in the creation and production of digital and print materials, including presentations, social graphics, signage, promotional materials, and event collateral
Support the development of branded assets in alignment with established visual identity guidelines, and maintain consistency in brand usage to ensure quality control across all design outputs
Prepare and package design files for internal use, presentations, and production-ready delivery
Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and shared libraries
Support layout design, image editing, and typographic refinement across projects
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to help improve creative output and workflow
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, including printers, promotional product suppliers, and fulfillment services
Help coordinate production and delivery of printed materials, branded merchandise, and signage across campus locations
Track project timelines, vendor deliverables, approvals, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
Maintain organized records of vendor quotes, contracts, and production specs
Support inventory tracking and logistics for promotional materials and internal orders
Requirements
Proficiency in creating assets with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop a MUST.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with vendor management and creative production workflows
Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards
Experience with project tracking tools like Notion, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus
