Requirements
Strong writing and editing skills, with keen attention to grammar, style, and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with external stakeholders.
Detail orientation, with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong customer service skills with a professional approach to responding to customers, agents, and builders via email and Jira.
Proven experience in content creation, editing, and management, with a track record of publishing high-quality work.
Experience using content optimization tools such as Yoast and ChatGPT.
Adaptability to emerging technologies, formats, and media types, including video and interactive content.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Jira, and/or Asana.
Understanding of real estate, community development, or related industries (preferred but not required).
