• The Student Success Pathways Manager is responsible for designing and executing scalable, high-impact national initiatives that accelerate graduate employment outcomes across all campuses.
• Design and implement a national relocation program that enables graduates to pursue employment opportunities across state lines
• Identify high-demand labor markets and align graduate supply to employer needs in those regions
• Establish relocation support models (stipends, housing support, employer-sponsored options, or donor-funded programs)
• Partner with the Partnerships team to align employers with relocation-ready talent pipelines
• Track relocation-driven placements and continuously optimize program effectiveness
• Define eligibility criteria and readiness standards for students participating in relocation opportunities
• Build and lead a national alumni engagement strategy focused on employment outcomes—not passive engagement

• Create alumni-driven hiring channels, including referral pipelines and peer-to-peer placement support
• Partner with campuses and central teams to integrate alumni into ongoing placement efforts
• Measure and report on alumni-driven placement impact
• Identify and engage alumni in hiring or leadership positions to create direct employer pipelines
• Design and launch national apprenticeship or structured hiring programs aligned to employer needs
• Partner with employers to create entry-level pipelines that mirror successful models (e.g., teaching assistant-style programs)

Manager, Student Success Pathways

Video Editor

• Edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms across multiple brands
• Transform raw footage, interviews, campus shoots, events, and B-roll into fast-paced, platform-native social content
• Identify compelling moments, hooks, trends, and storytelling angles that keep viewers engaged within the first few seconds
• Repurpose existing content into multiple platform-specific edits and variations
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and other creative elements that enhance performance and watch time
• Deliver approximately 10–15 short-form edits weekly depending on project complexity and available footage
• Collaborate closely with the social media team to execute content aligned with brand voice, trends, and campaign goals
• Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows across ongoing content pipelines
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging short-form techniques to continuously improve content performance

• Design and manage APIs to enable secure and efficient data flow between systems

• Own all aspects of LMS administration including user management, roles and permissions, integrations, and platform settings
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and patches in coordination with vendors
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and data integrity; proactively resolve issues

• Manage third-party integrations and single sign-on (SSO) connections
• Serve as the escalation point for complex LMS-related issues
