Salesforce Developer

• Collaborating with the Salesforce Lead Engineer and the Solutions Architect to propose, conceptualize, design, implement, and develop solutions from end to end
• Owning the technical blueprint for assigned features — anticipating edge cases, preventing technical debt, and designing for long-term maintainability
• Perform testing, debugging, change control, and documentation for major projects within the program
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components, and Flows to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• Create Salesforce custom API endpoints and consume external APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
• Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business

• Lead and evolve our internal reporting ecosystem while remaining deeply hands-on

Manager, Analytics and Business Intelligence

Data Engineer

• Serve as the architectural bridge between DnA and Engineering departments
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, data analysts, data scientists and software engineers
• Establish and enforce data architecture standards, best practices and design patterns across the organization
• Ensure data models meet requirements for governance, security, privacy, reliability and performance
• Support data governance initiatives, including data quality, lineage, metadata management and regulatory compliance

Data Architect

Claims Specialist

• Develop and implement strategy to drive resolution of Commercial Property claims of moderate to higher levels of severity and complexity, but may be required to handle volume
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional Coterie team members on process, product, project, insurance, and other global enterprise initiatives
• Investigate claim and review the insureds' materials, documents, reports etc.
• Identify and assess coverage issues, draft coverage position letters, and retain coverage counsel, when necessary as well as review coverage counsel's opinion letters and analysis
• Develop and implement strategy relative to coverage issues which correlate with the overall strategy of matters entrusted to the handler's care
• Analyze coverage and damages for purposes of estimating, assessing and recommending reserves
• Maintain a diary of all claims, post reserves in a timely fashion, and expeditiously respond to claims inquiries from insured, counsel, underwriters, brokers, and senior management
• Negotiate resolution of claims
• Analyze, and direct initial risk transfer, subrogation action, additional insured issues, and contractual indemnity issues, to ensure equitable contribution across all claim stakeholders
• Prepare and present written/oral reports to senior management setting forth all issues influencing evaluation and recommending reserves

Property Claims Specialist

Business Analyst

• Coterie is seeking a Senior Risk Management Analyst to help design, build and mature key capabilities within our Information Security Risk Management program.
• In this role, you will support governance, risk management, privacy, compliance and continuity/disaster recovery (BC/DR) initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance GRC processes.
• Stay curious and proactive in exploring new solutions and methodologies to improve the organization’s risk management and compliance practices.
• Execute risk assessments including scoping, threat and risk scenario identification, and all aspects of the risk assessment process.
• Identify areas of opportunity to reduce residual risk to a level consistent with risk appetite, and collaborate with Risk Management Manager, CISO and other security team members to build out the security capability road map.
• Support teams in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA), assist in planning recovery tests, and provide expert consultation to strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) strategies.
• Identify and analyze single points of failure in business processes, systems, and infrastructure, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the management and maturity of our third-party risk management program.
• Support Service Organization Control (SOC 2, SOC 1) program through evidence gathering, testing, and coordination with auditors and stakeholders.
• Execute the security awareness program. Work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams in assessing and mitigating risks related to regulatory compliance, data privacy, information security, and business continuity.
• Strong desire to drive efficiencies, make risk-based decisions, implement automation, and recommend and track meaningful KPIs and KRIs. Development and administration of Coterie’s Information Security Program documents including policies, standards, plans and controls library. Ability to work independently on complex programs and assignments with diverse teams and perform other duties as assigned.
