Operational Partnership: Partner with Operations leaders and other COE management teams to implement data solutions that streamline internal workflows and improve the customer experience.
Predictive Modeling: Lead the creation of complex predictive models and capacity simulations to dictate resource allocation and staffing levels.

Requirements

Typically requires a Master’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or a significant level of equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of experience in BI/Data Management with a proven track record of managing teams of technical professionals.
Expert proficiency in Tableau architecture, Google BigQuery (GBQ), Python/R, and legacy SSRS.
Demonstrated experience implementing system alignments with complex business processes.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills; and proven ability to present to an executive audience in a compelling way.
Strong understanding of forecasting modeling and capacity planning for a large organization.
