About the role
- Lead the development and expansion of our distribution network in the Benelux and France region
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key retail and distribution partners
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiation of prices, conditions, and promotional agreements
- Develop and implement category management strategies to grow portfolio and core assortments
- Identify opportunities and execute initiatives to boost revenue and market share
- Conduct in-depth market and performance analysis, translating insights into clear action plans
- Design and implement joint business plans with key accounts
- Actively contribute to brand-building and optimization of market presence
- Prepare sales documentation, customer-specific offers, and promotional concepts
- Work closely with our Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and impactful go-to-market strategies
- Deliver customer training and support for sales teams at the point of sale
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
- Proven track record in sales of premium/complex products or services, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a confident presence
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a structured working style
- Highly self-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build long-lasting partnerships
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong advantage
