About the role
- Service-oriented management of national and international insurance programs for globally operating companies across various industries
- Identification and assessment of operational risks and development, review and evaluation of corresponding individual and specific coverage concepts
- Responsible for tendering, negotiation, placement and ongoing support of the designed insurance solutions
- Engaging development topics within the strategic project portfolio (e.g., digitalization initiatives / use of AI, sales initiatives, cross-line process harmonization, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a Fachwirt qualification in insurance and finance, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and strong knowledge of industrial/commercial property insurance
- Excellent analytical skills, customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills, confident presence and negotiation skills
- Enjoyment of team-based work
- Self-initiative and willingness to commit, combined with curiosity and the ambition to develop professionally and personally
- Good written and spoken English
