• Prospect new clients (via phone, email and social selling);
• Map clients' main challenges and connect them with Cortex's solutions;
• Act as a close partner to and maintain strong alignment with Sales Executives;
• Keep our CRM updated with daily interactions according to established processes;
• Study our products and sales methodologies (focus on SPICED, SPIN and Consultative Selling).

Account Executive

• Identify and plan commercial strategies to approach strategic prospects by analyzing market variables to obtain competitive advantages, generate business opportunities, grow the customer base, and ensure achievement of established goals and KPIs.
• Gather information and facilitate interaction between the prospect and business areas, as well as enter project information into the pricing system, to prepare a commercial proposal that meets the client’s needs and expectations, enabling approval in accordance with defined margins and ensuring accuracy in project outcomes.
• Lead negotiation meetings with clients to ensure successful deal closure with appropriate pricing and margins.
• Monitor the implementation of projects and solutions, mobilizing internal teams and transitioning responsibilities to the Customer Success team for ongoing support, to ensure the client is properly integrated with the purchased product or service and achieves success in their journey with Cortex.
• Continuously seek and share experiences, best practices, and achieved results with the commercial team to contribute to team training and the attainment of departmental objectives.

• Receive and manage inbound phone calls from policyholders affected by hurricanes
• Gather accurate and detailed information about insurance claims
• Provide clear and concise guidance on claim submission procedures
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while assisting individuals during challenging times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient call handling and issue resolution
