Manager

• Support the overall success of the CDI Staffing Division by managing and assisting the Director and SVP of CDI Services
• Effectively communicates with Director, other Managers, Leads and staff on schedule needs and assignments
• Facilitates initial onboarding process of all concurrent review CDIS to ensure proper understanding of overall workflow process, expectations, and established access
• Reviews the productivity report weekly with each Project Lead; responsible for discussing the CDI’s productivity, monitoring and developing remediation plans for CDIS with Director as needed
• Reviews timecards weekly
• Notifies Director or Assistant Director of CDI Services of errors found, specifically trending by CDIS/Auditor, concerns reported by Project Leads

Manager, CDI Services

Consultant

• Serves in a consulting role by evaluating the work of client’s coders in their assignment of ICD-10, CPT and/or HCPCS codes to hospital inpatient, outpatient and/or physician practice encounters.
• Performs concurrent or retrospective reviews to inventory code assignments and report the data to the client.
• Develops and delivers educational content to clients related to audit findings.
• Perform complex, concurrent and/or retrospective analysis of medical record documentation to validate coded data.
• Prepare summary reports of findings to clients, supplying specific references supporting findings contained within the provided audit report.
• Provides second-level review of processes to ensure compliance with legal and procedural policies and to ensure appropriate code assignments.
• Research, analyze, and respond to inquiries regarding compliance, coding, and denials.
• Functions as a member of the Consulting Services Team which develops and provides coding education to clients.
• Conduct Audits as assigned meeting the productivity standards as set by record type for each audit.

Auditing & Education Consultant

Project Manager

• Track, monitor, and report status of client projects, and maintain audit timeliness.
• Assist with preparation of agendas, reports and minutes for client meetings.
• Work with Senior Manager and Team Leads to research and resolve client issues and questions in regard to scheduling, record requests, and document processing.

Junior Support Engineer

Analyst

• Provide support to the existing Strategic Advisor team and/or other internal business groups
• Operate, enhance and test complex Excel models for CorroHealth’s clients

• Help the Management Consulting Team deliver transformative programs that involve analyzing hospital claims and encounter data, identify issues, formulate, and test hypotheses and develop an approach to solve the client’s problem

• Leverage existing and cultivate new, high-level relationships with key executive decision-makers (CFO, CEO, CNO, CMIO, CIO, VP Revenue Cycle, etc.) within target health systems and hospitals.
• Lead and manage the entire sales process for large, complex opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
• Utilize Salesforce.com tools effectively for tracking and analysis.
• Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and evolving customer needs related to CDI, revenue cycle management, and denials.

Senior Regional Vice President of Sales, Clinical Documentation

Insurance

• Resolve complex, higher-dollar unpaid/denied claims using proprietary software, phone calls, letters, client systems and insurance carrier web portals to obtain resolution
• Identify and report trends during account resolution (CPT/HCPCS errors/deletions, duplicate claims, revenue code mapping mismatches, missing charges, no claim on file)
• Perform financial account assessments including adjustments and NRP to patient
• Complete rebill functions within client systems
• Perform administrative tasks including medical record submissions, billing claims, patient assistance outreach, obtaining documents and insurance plan code updates
